Obituary Notices/Participation
Those interested in publishing an announcement may do so at any time, upon request through a funeral agency.
Obituary participation announcements will remain online indefinitely, subject to evaluation by the Memories Portal team, who reserves the right to remove them if necessary. Thank you notes and masses will remain available on the website for at least 60 days until there is ongoing interest from the site administration and/or family members or responsible funeral agencies in maintaining the respective information.
Hyperlinks to Our Content:
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organizations;
- Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses; and

All obituary announcements, as well as death notices, thank you notes, masses, and others published on the website are the responsibility of the advertisers. The information is provided under the responsibility of the advertising families/funeral homes.
